Details of item to be added: That Council direct staff to amend speed limits bylaw / policy bylaw / policy to include all of Atkins Road from Langford border (east side) to and including Brydon Road (west side) under the new 30 KPH designation. (currently only Atkins from Langford to Six Mile Road has this new speed limit, leaving the narrow east section with no sidewalk at the old 50 KPH speeds).
