List of names and addresses of neighbors supporting the height variance at 309 View Royal Avenue.

Total signatures: 11

Dear Mayor and Council,

I am a neighbour of the property at 309 View Royal Avenue in View Royal. I am writing to express my full support for the Development Variance Permit application for a minor height exceedence to allow the proposed addition to the existing single-family home. The addition is proposed at a height of 7.93 metres, while the maximum permitted building height is 7.5 metres. I understand the existing house already measures 7.98 metres in height.

The requested variance is very minor and the new addition will just be keeping with the current height and architectural character of the home. I do not believe this proposal will create any adverse impacts on my property or the surrounding neighbourhood with respect to privacy, sunlight, views, streetscape, or any other matter.

I support this reasonable request and ask that Council approve the Development Variance Permit so the homeowners may proceed with their building permit for this practical improvement to their property.

Thank you for your consideration of my support for this application.

Sincerely, and M. Cooke-Dallin Miriam Bruce Cooke-Dallin Bessborough SH
