Details of item to be added: Helmcken Park and Ride expansion

That Council write to Victoria Transit (and Commission) and Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure infrastructure (MOTI), urging both to collaborate and expand the # of parking stalls at the Helmcken Park and Ride once the MOTI "bus on shoulder project" is nearly completion and the MOTI staging buildings and equipment has left the site. This will enable more riders on the new and efficient rapid transit service to Uptown terminus junction (to Peninsula) and to downtown.
