TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 1104

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO AMENDING THE ZONING OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 110 HIGH STREET

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

  1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 1104, 2022”.

  2. Schedule "B" Zoning Map referred to in Section 1.7 of Zoning Bylaw, No. 900, 2014 is amended by amending the zoning and zoning boundaries for the lands addressed and as shown outlined on the sketch plan of attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule ‘1’ is established as follows:

    a. The lands as shown outlined on the sketch plan of attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule ‘1’ are zoned R-2: Duplex Residential.
