  1. The notice that advertised this Public Hearing was posted on the Notice Board at the Municipal Office on the 25th day of January, 2017.
  2. Notices were mailed to 480 residents within a 400m radius on January 25, 2017
  3. The notice was also advertised in two consecutive issues of a newspaper, being the Goldstream Gazette on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 and Friday, February 3, 2017.
