  1. The notice that advertised this Public Hearing was posted on the Notice Board at the Municipal Office on the 25th day of May, 2017.
  2. Notices were mailed to 981 residents within a 400m radius on May 25, 2017.
  3. The notice was also advertised in two consecutive issues of a newspaper, being the Goldstream Gazette on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 and Friday, June 2, 2017.
