BYLAW NO. 974

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO THE REZONING OF 105, 106, 107 AND 108 GLENTANA ROAD

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

  1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014 Amendment Bylaw No. 974, 2017”.

  2. Schedule "B" Zoning Map referred to in Section 1.7 of Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014 is amended by amending the zoning and zoning boundaries for lands legally described as follows:

  • LOT 5 SECTION 2 ESQUIMALT DISTRICT PLAN 15815
  • LOT 6 SECTION 2 ESQUIMALT DISTRICT PLAN 15815
  • LOT 7 SECTION 2 ESQUIMALT DISTRICT PLAN 15815
  • LOT 8 SECTION 2 ESQUIMALT DISTRICT PLAN 15815

which are currently zoned R-1: Detached Residential (Large Lot). such that the zoning for the aforementioned lands is established as follows:

a. The lands as shown outlined and shown as “Subject Lands” on the sketch plan of attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule ‘1’ are zoned RM-3: Mixed Residential
