- The notice that advertised this Public Hearing was posted on the Notice Board at the Municipal Office on the 25th day of May, 2017.
- Notices were mailed to 708 residents within a 400m radius on May 25, 2017.
- The notice was also advertised in two consecutive issues of a newspaper, being the Goldstream Gazette on Wednesday, May 31, 2017 and Friday, June 2, 2017.
