I am writing to share my irritation at this rezoning application at the end of tuzo court. My husband and I live at 19 Carly Lane. This property has already been stripped of trees in preparation for building before even receiving confirmation of rezoning from park to residential. This development by Limona has turned into a shanty town next to the highway with no protection from road noise or dust and fumes. Even back further from the highway everyone has lost their protection as well. We have been there for seven years and have noticed the clear cutting everywhere Limona builds. The density robs this development of any appeal and we feel that this application should be rejected and Limona be asked to replant instead.
