TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 997

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO THE REZONING OF REMAINDER LOT A, SECTION 98, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN EPP55112 (TUZO COURT)

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 997, 2018”.
Schedule "B" Zoning Map referred to in Section 1.7 of Zoning Bylaw, No. 900, 2014, is amended by amending the zoning and zoning boundaries for lands legally described as follows:

Remainder Lot A, Section 98, Esquimalt District, Plan EPP55112 Except Plan EPP71784

which is currently zoned CD-16: Mill Hill Comprehensive Development and P-3: Park and Recreation Use, such that the zoning for the aforementioned property is established as follows:

(a) The lands shown shaded on the sketch plan attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule ‘1’ are zoned CD-16: Mill Hill Comprehensive Development.
