Staff Recommendation: THAT the Town of View Royal accept, at no charge, the volumetric easement over 716 Courtney Street (PID 009-356-878) to remedy the existing encroachment of the loading bay access ramp for 735 Broughton Street (PID 024-029-505), a property co-owned by the Town;
AND THAT the Mayor and Corporate Officer be authorized to sign the associated documentation.
