Each delegation is limited to fifteen (15) minutes unless extended or reduced by unanimous resolution of Council members present.

Details of Presentation: Requesting that Council will review and approve our stratas request to make the upper portion of Talcott Road (at 95 & 96) available only to our memberships via designating it as Residential Parking only. Thus, allowing the lower portion of Talcott Road available for hospital employees, S.D. #61's parents, & daily cyclists/commuters.
