TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 870

A BYLAW TO AMEND TAX EXEMPTION BYLAW (CHURCH HALLS AND CHURCH LAND) NO. 784, 2010

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Town of View Royal Bylaw No. 870, cited as “Tax Exemption Bylaw (Church Halls and Church Land) No. 784, 2010” is hereby amended by insertion of the following:

   “3. Town of View Royal, Bylaw No. 567, cited as “Tax Exemption Bylaw (Church Halls and Church Land) No. 567, 2004” and all amendments thereto are hereby repealed.”

2. This Bylaw may be cited as “Tax Exemption Bylaw (Church Halls and Church Land) No. 784, 2010, Amendment Bylaw 870, 2013”.
