A BYLAW TO AMEND THE CAPITAL WORKS RESERVE FUND ESTABLISHMENT BY-LAW, 1990, No. 65
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as "Capital works Reserve Fund Establishment By-law, 1990, No. 65, Amendment Bylaw No. 864, 2013".
By deleting section (3) in its entirety.
