BYLAW NO. 865

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE ROAD BONDS RESERVE FUND ESTABLISHMENT BY-LAW, 1992, No. 140

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

  1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Road Bonds Reserve Fund Establishment Bylaw, 1992, No. 140, Amendment Bylaw No. 865, 2013".

  2. By deleting section (3) in its entirety.
