BYLAW NO. 867

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE CAPITAL DRAINAGE RESERVE FUND ESTABLISHMENT BYLAW, No. 347, 1999

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

  1. This Bylaw may be cited as "Capital Drainage Reserve Fund Establishment Bylaw, No. 347, 1999, Amendment Bylaw No. 867, 2013".

  2. By deleting section (3) in its entirety.
