  • Driveway relocated for better access (located off Presley Place).
  • Trees relocated outside of rain garden.
  • Retaining wall removed to provide six parking spaces. Marginal trees to be replaced at 3:1 ratio.
  • Added screened garbage/recycling area.
  • Disabled parking moved closer to building entrances.
  • Swale redesigned in accordance with CRD requirements.
  • Swale removed due to conflict with natural gas lines - fire access improved.
  • Previously a wooden bridge proposed (now indicated as a concrete/paved accessible walkway).
