Whitney,
Once again I am not clear as to what I am looking for. You refer to an SRW, but there is no SRW on Title, see attached.
Are you subdividing this lot? Or just adding another building to the existing lot? Either way, you are required to provide a new water service to the new building. That I can help you with.
A typical residential water service is 19mm (3/4”). To get a new service it just requires that you come in to our office to fill out an application and pay the $4,122.00 fee.
If this doesn’t help you, maybe it would be best to have someone from View Royal to give me a call to clarify what it is you need.
Thanks,
Derek Arthur
