Town of View Royal Bylaw No. 894: Land Use Bylaw Amendment
A bylaw to delete specific sections and schedules of the older Land Use Bylaw No. 35, 1990, in coordination with the adoption of the new Zoning Bylaw.

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE LAND USE BYLAW, 1990, NO. 35
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as "Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35, Amendment Bylaw No. 894, 2014".
a) By deleting Part 5 - Permits, Part 6 - Zoning, and Part 7 - Divisions 1 (Parking), 4 (Flood Plain) and 5 (Riparian Areas Regulation) in their entirety; and
b) By deleting Schedule 1 - Zoning Map, Schedule 6B - Application for Tree Cutting Permit, Schedule 7 - Off-Street Parking Covenant and Schedule 15 - Application for a Permit to Deposit or Remove Soil in their entirety.
