A BYLAW TO AMEND FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 958, 2016
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
CITATION
- This Bylaw may be cited as “Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016, Amendment Bylaw No. 1085, 2022”.
AMENDMENTS
Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016 is amended as follows:
in the “Engineering” table of Schedule A:
i) delete Row “Application for a Permit – Tree Removal/Alteration” in its entirety; and
In Schedule A insert the following table for “Application for a Permit – Tree Removal/Alteration” after “Request for Traffic Data”
