A BYLAW TO AMEND THE ZONING BYLAW WITH RESPECT TO CREATING THE CD-27: COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT (ISLAND HIGHWAY – PORTAGE) ZONE AND WITH RESPECT TO THE REZONING OF 167, 169 AND 171 ISLAND HIGHWAY
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 1083, 2022”.
Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014 is hereby amended by adding the following as Section 13.27:
“13.27 CD-27: Comprehensive Development (Island Highway - Portage)

- Schedule "B" Zoning Map referred to in Section 1.7 of Zoning Bylaw, 2014, No. 900, is amended by amending the zoning and zoning boundaries for the lands addressed and legally described as:

a. The lands as shown outlined on the sketch plan attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule ‘1’ are zoned CD-27: Comprehensive Development (Island Highway – Portage).
