Jeff, please find enclosed two pages of signatures of support for my application to build the small potting shed at the west side of my property at 157 View Royal Avenue. I spoke to every neighbor directly and visited every one of them. There was not one person who opposed my application or had any problem with me adding this new structure to the property. I know a lot more neighbors further afield in View Royal who are prepared to support my application and sign my petition but frankly I think I would be going into overkill mode. The subject property is 2.94 acres and the property to the east which I also own is 1.2 acres for a total of 4.14 acres. No trees are being removed, no excavation is required, and there is no encroachment into any set back or covenanted areas. The area due west is a line of maturing Sequoia trees and the area north sloping upwards towards View Royal Avenue (over 300 feet away) is a mature forest of a mix of Douglas firs, Grand firs, and Arbutus trees.
