Building Specifications and Entrances

• BUILDING 'A': 79 UNITS - 5 STORY, 28.9m GRADE
• BUILDING 'B': 79 UNITS - 5 STORY, 35.2m GRADE
• MAIN ENTRY: Central entries provided for both buildings.
• EGRESS: Multiple emergency exit points around both buildings.
• OPEN PAVED ENTRY PLAZA: Large central concrete area for access.
• SEMI PRIVATE COURTYARD: Features raised concrete or block planters and seating on slab, with a small lawn off slab at the north end of Building A.
