Landscape Plan Features

The plan details the landscaping for Building A and Building B, both 5-storey structures with 79 units each (29 MFE). Key features include:

  • Semi Private Courtyard: Featuring raised planters and seating on slab, with a small lawn off slab at the north end.
  • Tiered Retaining Walls: Planted tiered retaining walls using textured lock block or stacked boulder (TBD per Geotech).
  • Entry Features: Entry garden feature seat with tree and Corten screens on cobble rock on slab.
  • Amenity Areas: Covered bike shelter, dog run with chain link fence, and various seating areas.
  • Vegetation Management: Extensive areas of retained existing vegetation, with "blend disturbance edges" using low-growing native grass and fern mixes.
