Good morning,

Thank you for having the Halloween decorating contest for View Royal households last year.

I hope View Royal will have it again this Halloween season.

If I could make a suggestion regarding the voting process. I suggest having members of council vote impartially as they do with the View Royal Christmas decorating contest.

I feel that the voting process last year with the public voting online turned into who could get all of their friends, neighbours and family to vote for the resident. Some of last years winners were in the middle of the pack at best.

Thank you for you consideration.
