    1. Report dated August 7, 2025 from the Senior Planner (Pg.4 - 22)

    Staff Recommendation: THAT Council receive “Housing Target Update Report – Reporting Period 1.2, August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025” dated August 7, 2025;

    AND THAT Council authorize staff to submit the report titled “Housing Target Update Report – Reporting Period 1.2, August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025” dated August 7, 2025 in accordance with the Province’s Housing Supply Act and Housing Supply Regulation;

    AND FURTHER THAT Council authorize staff to publish the report titled “Housing Target Update Report – Reporting Period 1.2, August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2025” dated August 7, 2025 on the Town’s website to fulfill the legislative requirements of the Province.

    b) Application for Extension of Hours of Liquor Service at Six Mile Pub - 494 Island Highway

    1. Report dated August 14, 2025 from the Director of Development Services (Pg.23 - 31)

    Staff Recommendation: THAT the Liquor Control and Licensing Branch's request for a resolution commenting on the application to amend the liquor license at Six Mile Pub located at 494 Island Highway be declined.

    Staff Recommendation: THAT the report dated August 18, 2025 from the Director of Development Services titled "Residential Development Update Report" be received for information.
