TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 1146
A BYLAW TO AMEND THE FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW PERTAINING TO REPLACEMENT TREE FEES
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
CITATION
- This Bylaw may be cited as “Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016, Amendment Bylaw No. 1146, 2024”.
AMENDMENTS
Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016 is hereby amended as follows:
a) by removing the subtitle “Application for Permit – Tree Removal/Alteration” in its entirety from the Engineering table and replacing it with the following:

| At the sole discretion of the Director, fee charged if applicant cannot comply with permit requirement of 2 replacement trees for every 1 removal | $700.00 per replacement tree | As per Section 5.21 of Bylaw No. 1069 | |
| Re-inspection Fee | $100.00 | As per Section 5.9 of Bylaw No. 1069 | |
| Priority Processing Fee | $100.00 | As per Section 5.8.2 of Bylaw No. 1069 |
