a) Minutes of the Standing Committee on Housing Legislation meeting held June 7, 2024 (Pg.4 - 7)
Site Standards Package Groups THAT the Committee recommend to Council that 1.1(d) of Schedule E, of the proposed Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 1135, 2024 be amended to include the lots that are within 400m of a prescribed frequent bus stop;
AND THAT the legend on the map in Appendix 1 identify Site Standard Package D. (SCOHL-07-24)
Site Standards Package A THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the appropriate wording, consistent with Provincial Policy Manual and Site Standards, be included in Site Standard Package A to describe the parcels inside and outside the urban containment boundary. (SCOHL-08-24)
Setbacks THAT the Committee recommend to Council that the current setbacks in the proposed Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 1135, 2024 be replaced with the setbacks in Option 2 that are presented in the attachments of the Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing Regulation Report to the Committee of the Whole dated May 14, 2024. Floor Space Area exemption for Garages THAT the Committee recommend to Council that garage floor areas be included in the floor area calculation. (SCOHL-10-24)
