Site Plan Details
The site plan details the landscape and tree management strategy for two residential buildings.
Building A (LFE: 23.85M)
- Consists of Units 1 through 7.
- Features 8'x13' patios for each unit with 1.2m privacy screens (2.4m length).
- Individual heat pump locations with screening.
- Rear garden areas with designated plantings and property fencing.
Building B (LFE: 23.85M)
- Consists of Units 8 through 12.
- Patios and heat pump locations are consistent with Building A.
- Adjacent to a visitor parking area.
Site Features and Infrastructure
- Access: The property is bounded by Helmcken Road to the north and Camden Road (including a bike lane) to the east.
- Utilities: Utility lines for Water, Hydro (with a designated Hydro Vault), Sanitation, and Telus are marked.
- Play Area: A natural playground and "forest" area is located near Building A, enclosed by a 39" fence.
