Unfortunately, because of all the variations and changes in construction (many of which are not code compliant or consistent with standard carpentry and framing practices), there is a lot of review we have to do in order to analyze and work with what you have built. This became a far more challenging project for us and one I wasn't given the opportunity to turn down. In general, construction is supposed to follow the design intent of the plans or we re-design alternatives. But because you went on ahead and constructed differently, we have done our best to accommodate you. We haven't tried to fight you and I didn't make you tear everything apart. I tried to work with what was done.
I've attached both framing reviews from November as well as my recent framing review.
