Each delegation is limited to fifteen (15) minutes unless extended or reduced by unanimous resolution of Council members present.

Details of Presentation
A colony of rabbits are living on the median at the Helmcken overpass. A group of concerned citizens has been organizing to complete a humane rescue (including spay/neuter and exporting to a sanctuary). We are aware of the legal permit requirements. We are hoping to complete this rescue this spring, and it is just contingent on fundraising. We ask that any proposed culling be postponed to allow for the humane rescue to be completed.
