Ten minute verbal presentation with handouts.
View Royal Fastball Association is experiencing financial issues. We propose the following to assist us with our current circumstances.
- A financial contribution in the form of a grant from the Town of view Royal. This will assist us with park improvements to the ball diamonds, upgrades to the concession, field lighting, scoreboard installation and maintaining our equipment to operate during ball season.
- We are seeking sponsorship advertising approval from the Town Of View Royal. We would like to display our sponsorship banners along the fence line of the ball diamonds at the park during our ball season, from April to mid August.
- View Royal Fastball is hosting the U14 Canadian Fastball Championships August 5-9, 2015 at Helmcken Centennial Park. This will provide revenue to local businesses within the town and surrounding areas. It also gives the Town of View Royal recognition Canada wide.
- Our park must be updated and maintained so that youths and adults who live in View Royal and the surrounding area, will continue to play ball at our park, and not seek other parks that have better facilities.
