Bylaw No. 934: A Bylaw to Amend the Town of View Royal Zoning Bylaw with Respect to the Rezoning of Lot 29, Plan 748 (2427 Chilco Road)

TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 934

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

This Bylaw may be cited as "Zoning Bylaw No. 900, 2014, Amendment Bylaw No. 934, 2015".
Schedule "B" Zoning Map referred to in Section 1.7 of Zoning Bylaw, 2014, No. 900, is amended by amending the zoning and zoning boundaries for lands legally described as follows Lot 29, Section 90, Esquimalt District, Plan 748 Except Part in Plans VIP67813 and EPP45786 which is currently zoned A-1: Rural, CD-16: Mill Hill Comprehensive Development, and P-3: Parks and Recreation such that the zoning for the aforementioned property is established as follows:

a) The part of the lands as shown outlined and labelled "A-1" on the sketch plan attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule '1' is zoned A-1: Rural.

b) The part of the lands as shown outlined and labelled "CD-16" on the sketch plan attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule '1' is zoned CD-16: Mill Hill Comprehensive Development.

c) The part of the lands as shown outlined and labelled "P-3" on the sketch plan attached hereto and forming part of this Bylaw as Schedule '1' is zoned P-3: Parks and Recreation.
