Bylaw No. 937: A Bylaw to Amend Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 583, 2006
An amendment to update the comprehensive schedule of municipal fees.

BYLAW NO. 937
A BYLAW TO AMEND FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 583, 2006
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
1.0 The Town of View Royal Bylaw No. 583, cited as “Fees and Charges Bylaw, No 583, 2006” is hereby amended as follows:
a) By deleting Section 2 in its entirety and replacing it with the following:
“2. The fees and charges set out in Schedule “A” attached hereto and forming part of the Bylaw are hereby imposed.”
2.0 Citation
This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 583, 2006, Amendment Bylaw No. 937, 2015”.
