A. ALL CONDUIT ROUTING SHOWN IS DIAGRAMMATIC, COORDINATE WITH THE SITE DRAWINGS OF OTHER DISCIPLINES TO ENSURE THAT THERE ARE NO CONFLICTS. B. CONTRACTOR SHALL RETAIN A GEOTECHNICAL CONSULTANT TO PROVIDE DETAIL FOR PROPER DRAINAGE FOR ALL UNDERGROUND CONDUITS AT PERIMETER INTO BUILDINGS. SPECIFICATIONS SHALL BE DETERMINED AND CONFIRMED BY GEOTECHNICAL CONSULTANT. C. PROVIDE PULLSTRINGS IN ALL UNDERGROUND CONDUITS. D. EXTERIOR CONDUITS ABOVE THE GROUND SHALL BE RIGID STEEL AND EXTERIOR CONDUITS BELOW GROUND SHALL BE RIGID PVC. UNDERGROUND RIGID PVC CONDUITS SHALL BE STUBBED UP NO MORE THAN 50mm ABOVE GROUND. E. ALL BC HYDRO SECONDARY DUCT BANKS SHALL BE CONCRETE ENCASED IN ALL LOCATIONS WITHIN BUILDING SPACE. ALL EXPOSED AREAS SHALL BE CLEARLY LABELLED AND COLOURED.
