PLEASE LOOK AT ATTACHED PHOTOGRAPHS BEFORE READING FURTHER
1... The attached photographs illustrate that a solid fence does affect light, air and space together with the ambience of the adjoining property,
2... It could have an effect upon a potential purchaser.
2...In the demarkation of contiguous property boundaries by a fence, our Fence By-laws grant unilateral legal rights to one party, thereby depriving the other of any avenue for negotiation.
3...A law is deemed to be unjust when it lacks justice or fairness.
4...Will you consider an amendment to our by-laws. One which would grant equal rights to each property owner in a matter of common interest.
Sincerely,
Tony Miller
