THAT Council consider approval of Development Variance Permit 2012/02 to vary the Gross Floor Area permitted in the R-1C: One Family Residential (Medium Lot) zone within the Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35 from 372m² to 395m² as per the plans attached to the report from the Planning Technician at the March 6, 2012 Council meeting.
