I received this notice today about the above application for a devopment permit with variances and I live on Nursery Hill Drive but cannot attend the March 20th Council meeting. I am concerned about taking away the 12 spaces to zero for vehicle parking. There is no parking on the street on Nursery Hill Drive so with such a large development when built it should have some parking spaces allocated for residents. The road on six mile road is very busy in the mornings and when trying to make a left you have to inch your way out between traffic as there is no traffic light and with the new condos being built at the bottom of the hill there will be more traffic trying to leave out of Nursery Hill Drive. Thank you for your consideration into this matter.
