TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 830

A Bylaw to Amend Tax Rates Bylaw No. 828, 2012

WHEREAS the Council has adopted “Tax Rates Bylaw No. 828, 2012”;

AND WHEREAS the Council of the Town of View Royal deems it desirable to amend Schedule “A” for Regional District Sewer Purposes;

NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. This Bylaw may be cited as “Tax Rates Bylaw No. 828, 2012, Amendment Bylaw No. 830, 2012”.

2. “Tax Rates Bylaw No. 828, 2012” is amended by deleting Schedule “A” in its entirety and replacing it with the Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.

READ A THIRD TIME this 15th day of May, 2012.

ADOPTED this 17th day of May, 2012.
