Bylaw No. 842: A Bylaw to Amend the Town of View Royal Animal Control Bylaw
The formal bylaw amendment updating the definition of a 'habitually noisy dog'.

A BYLAW TO AMEND THE TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL ANIMAL CONTROL BYLAW
The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:
The Town of View Royal Bylaw No. 614, cited as “Animal Control Bylaw No. 614, 2005, Amendment Bylaw No. 842, 2012” is hereby amended as follows:
by deleting the definition of “habitually noisy dog” under Part 2 – Interpretation in its entirety and replacing it with and forming a part of this Bylaw:
“habitually noisy dog” means a dog that barks, cries, howls or emits any other sounds continuously for over a ten (10) minute period and has done so on more than ten (10) isolated incidents within a thirty (30) day time period.”
