TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL BYLAW NO. 843

A BYLAW TO AMEND SANITARY SEWER RATES AND REGULATIONS BYLAW NO. 397, 2000

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

  1. The Town of View Royal Bylaw No. 397, cited as “Sanitary Sewer Rates and Regulations Bylaw No. 397, 2000” is hereby amended as follows: a) By deleting Schedule “D” in its entirety and substituting the amended Schedule “D” as attached hereto and forming a part of this Bylaw; b) By deleting Schedule “E” in its entirety and substituting the amended Schedule “E” as attached hereto and forming a part of this Bylaw.

  2. This Bylaw may be cited as “Sanitary Sewer Rates and Regulations Bylaw No. 397, 2000, Amendment Bylaw No. 843, 2012”.

ANNUAL SEWER USER CHARGES

VIEW ROYAL SEWER SYSTEM

  1. The annual consumption sewer user charge for any premises is calculated by multiplying the per cubic meter water usage, provided by Capital Regional District Water Services, for the period November 2011 to April 2012, by $1.37.

  2. The annual base sewer user charge for any premises is calculated by multiplying the Single Family Dwelling unit Equivalent by $19.59 in accordance with the description and equivalents set out in section 3.
