TOWN OF VIEW ROYAL PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING LOAN AUTHORIZATION BYLAW NO. 839, 2012

A BYLAW TO AUTHORIZE THE BORROWING OF FUNDS TOWARDS THE CONSTRUCTION OF A NEW VIEW ROYAL PUBLIC SAFETY BUILDING

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. The Council is hereby empowered and authorized to borrow upon the credit of the municipality a sum not exceeding Five Million, Four Hundred and Ninety Thousand Dollars ($5,490,000).
2. The maximum term for which debentures may be issued to secure the debt created by this bylaw is thirty (30) years.
3. This bylaw may be cited as “Public Safety Building Loan Authorization Bylaw No.839, 2012”.
