A Bylaw to Amend Development Cost Charges Bylaw, 2001, No. 427

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. CITATION

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as the “Development Cost Charges Bylaw, 2001, No. 427, Amendment Bylaw No. 721, 2008”.

2. AMENDMENTS

(a) Schedule “B” of the “Development Cost Charges Bylaw, 2001, No. 427” is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the attached Schedule “B”.

READ A FIRST TIME THIS 16th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2008.

READ A SECOND TIME THIS 7th DAY OF OCTOBER, 2008.

READ A THIRD TIME THIS 7th DAY OF OCTOBER, 2008.
