Staff Recommendation: THAT Council give first and second reading to the attached amendment bylaws and waive the requirement for a public hearing as the application is consistent with the Official Community Plan;
AND THAT staff prepare a Section 219 Covenant limiting the number of lots to twelve to be signed by the property owner prior to adoption of the bylaws.
b) Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35, Amendment Bylaw No. 723, 2008 A Bylaw to Amend the Land Use Bylaw with Respect to the Inclusion of Provisions for a New One Family Residential Lot (Medium Lot) Zone (R1-C) and to Rezone Property at 209 Hart Road (first and second readings)
