Staff Recommendation: THAT Council authorize the issuance of Development Permit No. 03/08 which would facilitate the construction of a 21 unit multifamily townhouse development on the property described as Lot B, Section 6, Esquimalt District, Plan VIP83784 (Burnside Corner Townhouse Site), SUBJECT TO the applicant providing a tree protection strategy prior to issuance of any Building Permit.
