A BYLAW TO AMEND THE FEES AND CHARGES BYLAW NO. 958, 2016

The Council of the Town of View Royal, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

  1. This Bylaw may be cited as “Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016, Amendment Bylaw No. 1119, 2023”.

AMENDMENTS

  1. Fees and Charges Bylaw No. 958, 2016 is amended as follows:

a) Under Repeal and Consequential Amendments, by deleting (h) through to (u) in its entirety.

b) Under Repeal and Consequential Amendments, by deleting section 2. Penalty, section 3. Re-Inspection Fee, section 4. Special Inspection Fees, section 5. Permit Transfer or Assignment Fee, section 6. Security Deposits, and section 7. Plumbing Permits in its entirety.

c) By deleting the following section from the “Engineering” table in Schedule A:
