Subject: Small playground for kids in this community locality

Dear Mayor David and councilors,

I would like to draw your kind attention towards the need of a small playground for the kids in our neighborhood. We are having 7xmultiple story condo buildings and 23 homes in this locality. There are approx. 500 people living in this area. We don’t have any playground for the kids of the people living in this locality.

We have some area on Nursery hill drive road in front of condos on Nursery Hill drive and Gary Oak Meadows Park and behind shopping complex where Town can think of having a small children play area cum swings which is the need of the community in this area.

Town has already installed a rest bench for residents, which is not enough for the people in this area.

Town is requested to come out with a plan to have an children play area so that kids and parents have not to cross busy six-mile road to go to the park nearby.

Please find attached couple of photographs which will help you to plan development of this much needed play area for the kids in this community.

Please note that this area is not fully utilized as of today. Once we have a playground for kids this area will be fully utilized and will meet the need of the people living in this area.

Thank you and looking forward to all your help in getting this area developed.

Sincerely yours,

Chairman, Strata council VIS6081
