Request for a safety audit following a vehicle crash incident at the intersection of Eaton Avenue and Burnside Road.

Residents of Eaton Avenue at Burnside Road endured a second crash incident in just over a month at that intersection Saturday.
In this latest incident a vehicle drove off the road, sheared off a utility pole, and came frighteningly close to crashing into #8 Eaton Avenue.
This is the most recent of several vehicle incidents in that block of Burnside.
My request of council colleagues is that we ask staff to source an immediate safety audit of Burnside Road at that location as a starting point of restoring peace of mind to residents living nearby.
