Approving Officer Appointments

Staff Recommendation: THAT all previous appointments to the position of Approving Officer be hereby rescinded; AND THAT Lindsay Chase be hereby appointed as Approving Officer for the Town of View Royal; AND FURTHER THAT Ian Scott be hereby appointed as Deputy Approving Officer.

Financial Officer Appointments

Staff Recommendation: THAT all previous appointments to the position of Financial Officer (Treasurer/Collector) be hereby rescinded; AND THAT in accordance with Officers Bylaw No. 712, 2008, Kathy Young be appointed as Treasurer and Collector; AND FURTHER THAT Mark Brennan be appointed as Deputy Treasurer and Deputy Collector.
