A Bylaw to Amend the Land Use Bylaw with Respect to the Inclusion of Provisions for a New Commercial Comprehensive Development Zone (Hallowell CD-14 Zone) and to Rezone Property at 120 Hallowell Road
Staff Recommendation:
THAT Land Use Bylaw, 1990, No. 35, Amendment Bylaw No. 750, 2009 be given first and second reading;
AND THAT a Public Hearing be scheduled for September 15, 2009.
